Shop Items;
Refund Policy
We pack and ship our glass items with the greatest care. If for any reason your item does not arrive in one piece, we will replace it or refund it. Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, return shipping costs will not be covered.
Classes & Lessons;
Submission of any registration form constitutes your acceptance of the payment method you chose and all terms and conditions in the registration policies, including the conditions of Terminal City Glass Co-op’s refund policy below.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. Availability is limited, and space in classes will not be reserved until payment is processed.
Returned Cheques
We charge a $25.00 processing fee for any returned cheques.
Refund Policy: If You Cancel
For classes with visiting instructors:
- If you cancel 30 days or more before the first class: Full refund less $25.00 administration fee.
- If you cancel 8-29 days before the first class: 50% refund less $25.00 administration fee.
- If you cancel 7 days or less before the first class: No refund.
- Missed classes will not be refunded under any circumstances.
For all other classes:
- If you cancel 14 days or more before the first class: Full refund less $25.00 administration fee.
- If you cancel 8-13 days before the first class: 50% refund less $25.00 administration fee.
- If you cancel 7 days or less before the first class: No refund.
- Missed classes will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Refund Policy: If We Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any class, course or workshop or replace any instructor. We may cancel a course if it doesn’t meet minimum enrollment within 7 days before the first class. If we cancel a course we will contact you to discuss placement in alternate courses, or a refund.
Rescheduling Policy (classes, courses, or workshops)
- If you register for a class, course or workshop and then want to move to the same class, course or workshop offered on different dates, this may be possible if there is space on the alternate dates.
- If you reschedule 14 days or more before the first class: $25.00 administration fee.
- If you reschedule 8-13 days before the first class: $25.00 administration fee + 25% of course fee.
- If you reschedule 7 days or less before the first class: $25.00 administration fee + 50% of course fee.
- You may only reschedule once per class, course or workshop. After that you have to cancel (see policy above).
Rescheduling Policy (Private lessons)
- Private Lessons rescheduled more than 72 hours in advance will incur a $25 fee.
- Private Lessons rescheduled less than 72 hours in advance will incur a $100 fee.
- No Show Private Lessons will receive no refund.
- If you are late, the total length of your lesson will be reduced. If you are more than 45 minutes late, then the lesson is canceled and no refund will be issued.
- Remaining credit from a Private Lesson that is not rescheduled can be applied to other services or lessons offered by TCGC.
- Power outage or other acts of god will have lessons rescheduled for no fee.
- TCGC reserves the right to reschedule lessons with no compensation or fee.
In the event of unreasonable conduct, Terminal City Glass Co-op reserves the unconditional right to terminate a student’s enrolment in a course, class, workshop, or private lesson.
Finished Work
You are expected to collect your finished work within 30 days of the last day of your course or lesson. Any work left after 30 days becomes property of Terminal City Glass Co-op.
Finished work can be shipped to you for a packing fee of $10.00 plus the actual cost of postage. We will use the safest and most economical shipping method.
All the above terms and conditions apply to any courses added to this registration.
