Weekend Workshop
Saturday & Sunday, July 7 & 8, 2018
10am - 5pm
Instructor: Guy Hollington 

This course will give you basic introductory skills in the hot shop, including how to gather, make a paperweight, blow bubbles and create your first blown glass vessel. You will learn about tools, studio safety and how to work in a team to have fun and blow glass! All materials are included. No experience necessary. 

Completion of this course does not qualify you for Newbie Night; additional hours of instruction are required. Please see our Newbie Night page for details. 

About the Instructor

Guy Hollington started glassblowing right here at Terminal City Glass Co-op.  He has also taken classes at Corning’s Museum of Glass in New York, and Pilchuck Glass School in Washington state.  Guy loves to play with the fluidity of the medium and is excited to pass his glass blowing passion on to new glassblowers.
