TGCG Annual General Meeting
TCGC will hold its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, April 8, 2016 from 6-9 pm.

Each member of the Co-op in good standing is entitled to one vote in the election of the Board of Directors. The Board meets once per month and is responsible for governance and oversight of the organization. Each Board member is also asked to sit on one co-op committee throughout the year. This year, there will be four Board positions up for election, while three members will be remaining for the second half of their two-year term.

In addition to the election members of the Board of Directors at the AGM, we’ll also discuss how the Co-op has fared in the past year, look at our financial progress, and discuss our future in 2016-2017 and beyond. It's also a great opportunity to meet other members, and an important part of what makes us a co-op! The meeting Agenda will be sent out in the next two weeks. 

**** If you are a member and would like to nominate someone to the Board, please do so by Friday, March 25, 2016.****
The form for nominations is located HERE. You must fill in this form to make your nomination official. 

Please Note: You may nominate your own self. If you are nominating someone else, you must have approval from the nominee to put their name forward. 

We will have a burger BBQ dinner from 6-7:00 pm, followed by the meeting from 7-8:30 pm
